All Sales Final: Once an order is placed and processed on Lazrara Perfume's platform, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded, except as outlined in this policy or as required by applicable law.

Exceptions: We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are defective, damaged upon receipt, or if an incorrect item was shipped. Should you encounter any of these issues, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
